ENIDE presented UNPLUGGED at the 3RD European Electric Vehicle Congress & EU Project Day on eMobility

The UNPLUGGED project has participated at the 3rd EEVC held in Brussels from the  2nd to the 5th of  December, 2014.  The Congress was specifically intended to develop synergies among the eMobility stakeholders, featuring 140 presentations made by experts of the sector.

UNNPLUGGED took part in the congress and members from ENIDE had the opportunity to address questions of the audience in the UNPLUGGED booth and to present a poster about the case studies of London and Barcelona concerning the deployment of inductive charging spots. In parallel, UNPLUGGED was also presented at a Round Table, with a special emphasis laid upon the experience of Barcelona.

Stefano Persi from ENIDE presenting UNPLUGGED

On the day before the Congress, an EU Project day was organized in order to offer a detailed outlook of the different programs dealing with eMobility supported by the European Authorities.  Stefano Persi from ENIDE introduced UNPLUGGED. The presentation, focused on the benefits of using inductive charging in Electric Vehicles, included an overview of the project and the test sites in Aachen and Zaragoza.

UNPLUGGED will be presented in Electric Road 2014

The annual European meeting of professionals of the Electric Road, will take part on Octuber 2 of 2014.

To meet multiple signals economic, energy, environmental and public health, electric power – whether hybrid or not – irremediably become the most sustainable in the short or medium term solution, for all vehicles present in our streets and on our roads.

Enide will present UNPLUGGED project in this event, with the intervention of Stefano Persi (Director and co.fundador), as part of the team.

2nd General Assembly

Last March, we had our UNPLUGGED 2nd General Assembly in Aachen, Germany.

It has been a great and excellent opportunity to present news and results of the project, having an open discussion among the consortium members on the activities and future steps. In addition, we had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful city, located on the border with Belgium and the Netherlands.

UNPLUGGED in first international symposium and exhibition of Electric Vehicles EVS27

The challenge of developing inductive charging technology on the track is taking account the growing demand for electric vehicles EV, allowing a better social acceptance of electric vehicles and the necessary infrastructure, improving and demonstrating progress in safety, comfort, ease of use, less impact on the urban landscape and a better resilience to vandalism, users as well as users feeling of freedom (one of the main reasons that consumers purchase those vehicles).

UNPLUGGED project at the EVS27 (UPDATE!)

The International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS27) on Electric, hybrid, hybrid plug-in, fuel cell vehicles is the largest world global network in which the sustainable mobility industry is shaped

UNPLUGGED project will be present at the EVS27 congress during a specific session focused on the inductive charging technologies applied to EV, dealing in particular with interoperability among different solutions, the potential charging scenarios (stationary, static en-route and dynamic en-route) as well as its impact on future mobility, especially in urban environments. Join us on Session 1E , November 18th, 15:15!!! (please, check the programme for any last minute change)

Update: in addition to the dissemination project, CIRCE, represented by Jose Francisco Sanz, Area Director, will present their findings concerning the “Development of a 50 kW inductive electric vehicle battery charge system” during the second Dialogue Session, November 19th, 13:00

Upcoming General Assembly: Firenze
